NOTICE OF ADOPTED REGULATIONS
Terminal Tariff No. 017
The Board of Directors of the Quonset Development Corporation (QDC) scheduled a public hearing to receive public comment on QDC’s proposal to promulgate regulations entitled Terminal Tariff No. 017. The QDC invited all interested parties to submit data, views, or arguments orally and/or in writing on the proposed regulations. A public hearing was held on August 27, 2007 at 4:00 p.m. at the Quonset Development Corporation – Conference Room A, 30 Enterprise Drive, North Kingstown, RI.

NOTICE OF ADOPTED REGULATIONS
Development Package
The Board of Directors of the Quonset Development Corporation (QDC) scheduled a public hearing to receive public comment on QDC’s proposal to promulgate regulations entitled “Quonset Business Park® Development Package.” The QDC invited all interested parties to submit data, views, or arguments orally and/or in writing on the proposed regulations. A public hearing was held on September 7, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at the Quonset Development Corporation – Conference Room A, 30 Enterprise Drive, North Kingstown, RI.
At its September 19, 2005 meeting, the QDC Board of Directors voted to adopt the Quonset Business Park® Development Package as submitted.
