QDC develops and manages the Quonset Business Park® in accordance with the QDC Master Plan and in the best interests of the citizens of Rhode Island to attract and retain successful businesses that provide high quality jobs. QDC insures quality infrastructure, a high standard of design and aesthetics within the Park to create a favorable work environment compatible with the natural setting of the land and Narragansett Bay. QDC develops and operates the Park in an environmentally sound manner, maintains excellent relationships with Park tenants, the town of North Kingstown, and surrounding towns.
