POST ROAD GATEWAY
In December 2004, the process to select a developer for the Gateway Site began. The three Gateway Proposals represented the design concepts of the three Finalists that had been designated by the QDC through the selection process.
At its May 16, 2005 meeting, the QDC Board of Directors selected New Boston Development Partners as the preferred developer for the Gateway site.

The QDC Public Access Plan, approved by the State Coastal Resource Management Council, specifies fourteen sites for public access including beaches, a bike path, museums and cultural sites within the Quonset Business Parkฎ.
